African Female Voices is formalising its executive structure to strengthen leadership, accountability, and impact. We are now inviting applications for Creative Director, Editorial & Content Lead, Volunteer Coordination Lead, Funding & Donor Lead, and more. This will form our core executive team, driving strategy, operations, and volunteer engagement across Africa and the diaspora.

All executive roles are voluntary and formalised with clear KPIs, reporting requirements, and accountability for volunteer teams. Failure to deliver or manage teams effectively will result in role reassessment.

Executive Roles Include:

• Founder / Executive Director: Strategic oversight, partnerships, approvals, daily operations
   
• Executive Assistant: Calendar management, administrative coordination, task delegation
   
• Partnerships & Sponsorships Lead: Strategic partnerships and sponsorship management
   
• Creative Director: Visual identity, branding, campaigns, multimedia content
   
• Editorial & Content Lead: Content strategy, editorial calendar, quality control
   
• Advocacy & Mentorship Lead: Advocacy programs and mentorship coordination
