Our platform is focused on elevating and amplifying various experiences of women and advocating for their rights and recognition throughout the continent in media, literature, the arts, and community initiatives—to ensure these voices are acknowledged and valued at local, national, and global scales.
The LeadHERship Program is an empowering initiative for women aged 18-25 in African countries. This one-year program focuses on developing leadership qualities, enhancing community engagement, and uplifting the voices of young women. Participants will gain hands-on experience by organizing events, attending monthly workshops to refine skills like public speaking and community outreach, and connect with mentors and industry professionals. Additionally, the program provides opportunities for personal growth and community impact, helping participants become role models in their communities. Applications are open until 30 March, and interested young women should seize this chance to lead and inspire!
